after upgrading libsoup2.4-1 & libsoup-gnome2.4-1 from 2.30.2-1 -> 2.34.2-1
evolution hangs attempting to download rss feeds.  downgrading
libsoup2.4-1 & libsoup-gnome2.4-1 back to 2.30.2-1 resolves this
problem.
