Almost all modules I found use names for the load files that are just
the module name + ".load", for example:
mango:~# ls /etc/apache2/mods-available/ | head -5
actions.load
alias.load
asis.load
auth_basic.load
auth_digest.load
Please change the name of the load file from mod-evasive.load to
evasive.load.
I am using a etch backport I created which appears to work well.
