Hi,

portmap package has been removed for the following reason:

 ROM; superseded by rpcbind

Shouldn't rpcbind package add a transitional package to ensure that
portmap is pulled during upgrade.

No, we already did for the previous release and nfs-common makes sure
you get rpcbind instead of portmap. So closing this bug.
