Package: cdfs-src
Version: 0.5b-3
Severity: important

I built and installed the cdfs- package, but on attempting to mount a CD
(single-session , nothing too ambitious to begin) I had a kernel fault:

root@corrosive:~$ mount -t cdfs /dev/hdb /mnt/cd
cdfs 0.5b loaded.
mount: block device /dev/hdb is write-protected, mounting read-only

The mount process wouldn't respond to kill -9, and I couldn't rmmod the cdfs
module. lsmod said that it was being used 3 times. I had to shutdown and
restart to be able to use the cd drive again.

The upstream version 0.5b doesn't suffer this problem, when used with
exactly the same commandline, CD, drive etc.. (And neither does the current
release 0.5c, though I didn't try the 0.5c packaged version in testing.)
