Package: nedit
Version: 1:5.3-1
Severity: normal
If I change the keymap with xmodmap, the keymap nedit uses for plain and
shifted keys remains the same, but ctrl and alt combinations remain at
whatever they were when that window was first opened. This can get very
confusing.

I am closing this bug against nedit because although requested, it did
not receive any response. The issue is 9 years old and likely gone. If
it still occurs on your system, don't hesitate to reopen this bug and
provide the requested information and I will have a look at it.
