Package: debhelper

Tags: patch
Please consider removing dh_python from debhelper package, or at least to avoid
installing it in the binary package.
Efforts have been made to remove it from packages, and finally we reached the
goal that no package in the archive uses it anymore, as shown by the
correspondent lintian tag http://lintian.debian.org/tags/dh_python-is-
obsolete.html.
Attached patch drops dh_python entirely.
