Package: python3.2
Version: 3.2.2~rc1-1
Severity: minor

distutils in python3.2 uses "build/lib" as the default build directory for platform-neutral distributions. This is unforunate, because it's the same directory that python2.5 uses - even though code generated by "python2.5 setup.py" and "python3.2 setup.py" is different for most of the projects.

python3.1 in squeeze doesn't have this problem, as it uses "build/lib.linux-x86_64-3.1" or so.
