Package: digikam
Version: 2:1.2.0-7
Severity: normal
--- Please enter the report below this line. ---
digikam starts crawling directories in me $HOME, without asking if I
want to.
It is very slow, because I have a LOT of files there (most of them are
not even pictures). The cancel button doesn't seem to work, so this
pretty much makes it impossible for me to even start digikam (as even
after killing it, it will start crawling again).

Török,
I have closed this report as it is against a very old version of digikam which
is no longer supported by Debian.
I am sorry we have not been able to resolve this issue for you.
Upstream also provide support for digikam here: http://www.digikam.org/support
If this is an ongoing issue, could I ask you to file a new report against a
newer version of digikam which is supported by Debian.
