With XFS 1.1, "cp -rp" fails when it tries to propagate access control
lists to new directories.
Here's an excert from copying an empty directory "a" to the
(non-existing) directory "b", using "copy -rp a b".

I can't duplicate this. Feel free to reopen if it can be duplicated. It
could have been a bug in a particular xfs version from quite a while
back.
