vc-next-comment and vc-previous-comment behave the same way.
then you save the buffer, commit it, and suddenly get really glad that
you just installed version control 'cause you can revert to the old
version :)
Actually, doing an apropos vc- I see that none of these four functions
are available and it looks like VC has been cleaned up and tightened a
lot. Still seems very strangs to have these functions lying around
behaving this way. Shouldn't they have their (interactive) arguments
removed or something?
