libunwind has an non-coordinated transition from libunwind7 to
libunwind8, but julia builds fine when changing the build-depends from
libunwind7-dev to libunwind8-dev, I suggest to make such a change.
This also means allowing julia to be built on other architectures
supported by libunwind:
