The asio headers break the build of reSIProcate (specifically, the
reTurn server) using clang

The specific issue breaking the reSIProcate build appears to be fixed in
1.4.2, however there are other issues with asio on clang, and the asio
test cases don't run

resiprocate build 560.2 just passed in travis-ci using clang and asio
1.4.8-2
