Justification: renders package unusable
Running icedove with iceowl-extension without installed libnotify1
renders the extension completely useless. No calendars will be shown,
different missing values in the settings dialog.
Problem fixed by installing libnotify1 by hand.
iceowl-extension should depend on libnotify1.
