Package: udev
Version: 0.074-3
Severity: important

After purging hotplug, snd-intel8x0m, snd_atiixp_modem, snd_via82xx_modem
and then snd-intel8x0 were loaded at boot time. On my machine, only
snd-intel8x0
works correctly.

Only an alsaconf can unload the wrong modules, which were blacklisted by
hotplug
before, and then reload the good one.

Check your configuration. Recent versions of module-init-tools support
blacklist files installed in /etc/hotplug/blacklist.d/, and anyway this
is not related to udev.
