This is neither a Debian, nor an upstream bug, but a typo
on the CTAN side. TeX Live (upstream) only pulls these
descriptions from CTAN.
If you are interested in fixing it, please contact CTAN
TeX Catalogue maintainers directly.
According to the Debian/TeX policy I am closing this bug.
