The manual was removed due to being licensed under the GFDL. As a
consequence, this bug is no longer applicable.
I hope to add the package back once the FSF have a DFSG-compatible
version of the GFDL, at which point I will make sure the doc-base file
is up-to-date.
Sorry about that--licensing issues are annoying, but I do have some
hope it will be sorted out before we release etch.
