--- Begin Message ---Package: libbloom-filter-perl Severity: wishlist Tags: upstream Dear Maintainer, I am current upstream maintainer of Bloom::Filter and I would like to inform you that new version of this package is available.[1] This bug report is in response to upstream bug on Perl's RT[2] which suggests fix for version 1.0 ignoring the fact that it is no longer needed in 1.2. Please use newest upstream version for libbloom-filter-perl. Also, please note that Bloom::Filter has always been licensed under GPL 2, not GPL 1 or Perl Artistic license as stated in Debian package. This is corrected. However, there is what I believe to be a misspelling of the license name. At the end of Filter.pm it reads ... under version 2 of the GNU Public License (GPL). I think there is a missing 'General' before 'Public'. Nothing urgent, but you may want to fix it in the next release. Cheers, dam
