I'm working on arm64 (ARMv8, AArch64) support for klibc and although
not complete, this bug will help track progress until I've got a
finalised patch.
As already agreed with upstream, I'll be adding AArch64 as a new
directory in the ./usr/klibc/arch/ tree within klibc.
