A gem2.1 list | grep sqlite (with ruby-sqlite3 installed) doesn't show the gem,
but it does for 2.0.
Adding the symlink for the full 2.1 version lets the command succeed, but it is
a dangling symlink when ruby2.1 is not installed. The missing symlink lets
other packages fail to build.
