Package: emacs21
Version: 21.2-1
Severity: normal
When cutting-and-pasting Traditional Chinese text from another X
application (whether rxvt-ml or Mozilla) into a stand-alone (instead of
inside a terminal) Emacs window, the text turned into something like
^[%/2\200\215big5-0 (followed by undisplayable characters)
It has been like since Emacs 20 (perhaps earlier), and I think this bug
should forwarded to upstream.

As a previous message pointed out, this issue no longer occurs.
The current Emacs is 24.3, with greatly improved support for
international characters since several years/releases ago.
