Hi.

Recently I've been trying to configure my sound card as full-duplex
using alsa. I haven't succeed (yet), and I've also found that many
people is having this problem. It would be nice if debconf can provide a
basic configuration for alsa-base. I mean, not loading the modules, but
/etc/asound.conf. Maybe a file with lots of possible options and comments can be
enough, like is done in many other packages.

Alberto

OK :)

FYI. The configuration program I mentioned earlier is now called 'asound=
conf'
and is included in the alsa-utils package. Currently it is very skeletal=
.
