Package: redis-server
Version: 2:2.6.13-1
Severity: wishlist
Dear Maintainer,
Please split redis-server into two separate packages:
* redis-server which contains the redis-server program and related
(maintenance) binaries.
* redis-client which contains the redis-cli and redis-benchmark programs.
This way users can install redis-server on a centralized server, and use
the cli and benchmark programs from a 2nd server, to help debug any issues.

I believe this exactly is already done, at least in unstable.
The package is called redis-tools as it contains more than just the
client.
