Please remove autoconf2.13. It is long obsolete, superseded by autoconf
in 2001. It has no reverse dependencies in unstable (I just uploaded a
autoconf 2.69-7 that removes the only one).
This request is prompted by the removal of automake1.4, the automake
version that was contemporary with the use of Autoconf 2.13. See also
bug #752291.
"perl-base" does declare a "Breaks:" relationship on an old version of
autoconf2.13. After autoconf2.13 is removed I will file a bug to get
that fixed. (If you prefer, I can file the bug now.)
Thanks,
Ben.

How strange. I guess "apt-cache rdepends" cannot be trusted.
I also received a separate request not to remove autoconf2.13.
I am withdrawing the removal request, closing this bug (with this
email).
Thanks,
Ben.
