I am filing this as a normal bug but one can also argue that it's probably even
important or serious as it gives "unclean" builds if those are installed.
I was checking what changed in inkscape 0.91~pre0-1 for the librevenge
transition[1] (whih ttobmk so far only has patches for inkscape 0.48.4
prepared)
There I noticed that inkscape checks for libcdr and libvisio but inkscape
doesn't build-depend on it. See e,g.
