And if I read the result correctly, the output seems consistent so 
apparently you can no longer reproduce this either....

(If I'm misreading the output of your command, could you please
provide the output of each blkid command separately. Would also be
helpful if you said what result you expected or atleast point to the
place where you expected different output.)
