When using netboot.tar.gz from debian-installer source i have found a
serious problem in parman. This fault appers when using guided lvm
partitioning.
I also tried to fix this problem in source of parman, but it is complicated to
force apt of debian-installer to use local created packages.

I already fixed the particular problem you report in the attached
screenshot in parted 3.2-2. After that you'll run into a different
problem, which we're tracking in #757417 and its various clones
(#757661, #757662, #757663, #757664, #757665, #757666).
