Since the latest libssh version switched from CMockery to cmocka, you
may wish to enable tests at build time (by build-depending on
libcmocka-dev and adding -DWITH_TESTING=ON to DEB_CMAKE_EXTRA_FLAGS, and
also another action CDBS-specific but I can’t help with that).
