The new version of xfe says that cups already hav been enabled in fox libs,
but cups flags are not parse in configure!!!!!
see that line in rules not have --enable-cups:

the --enalbe-cups are missing and in some archs dont build property
i have rebuild the fox package in my debian unstable system and the
results dependency dont have the libcups2 package listed
so in consecuence xfe builds dont have printing support

Newer fox1.6 packages don't have --enable-cups anymore.
