Package: libdevmapper-dev
Version: 2:1.02.77-6
Severity: important

Hi,

The devmapper.pc file is declaring a "Requires.private" dependency against
libudev, but the package itself is not depending against libudev-dev.

This is breaking static linking:

$ pkg-config --libs devmapper --static
Package libudev was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `libudev.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
Package 'libudev', required by 'devmapper', not found

Please add a dependency against this package

Cheers

Laurent Bigonvile
