Package: libgtk-3-0
Version: 3.12.0-4
Severity: minor

I upgraded several gtk3 packages and now all gtk3 dialogs have a label with the
window name on the top. This is not caused by the theme nor is application
related. I see it in Synaptic and NetworkManager

This the complete upgrade after which I started seeing the bug:

Version: 3.12.1-1

After updating to version 3.12.1-1, all dialogs are drawn without window
decoration so the title only appears inside the window now.
