The cause is that the wineg++ is needed, which on Debian seem to be in
the wine32-dev-tools and wine64-dev-tools packages. But the cmake rules
do not seem to find it. I've dropped libwine-dev from the build
dependencies to work around this build problem, but we should find a way
to enable it again.
