>From bluez-tools 0.2.0 does not provides bt-audio, bt-monitor and other.
Thus, this is not a bug.
As more infomation, if you want to use audio via Bluetooth, you need to use
with Pulseaudio. And Latest bluez does not support HSP/HFP, A2DP only.
