Since the debian installer does not at the moment offer RAID setup, we
are using alternative methods for example here:
http://tristesse.org/~joel/kwiki/index.cgi?RAIDSetup
All tools are available to create RAID1 during the installer except for
resize2fs, which is not currently included in e2fsprogs-udeb. We are
installing sarge using preseeding and some custom scripts.
