Hi.

It seems that ssh-add is unable to import a key from a pipe on
my system, thus making "monkeysphere s" not working.

I don't know why you prefer to use a pipe instead of a temporary
file, but the attached patch fixes this issue.

https://bugs.debian.org/681492 was never a bug in monkeysphere at all
(it was https://bugs.debian.org/614897 in OpenSSH, which has been
long-since resolved) and so it does not need extra fixing.
