Hi folks,

Could you please create a new Debian mailing list, debian-efi?

Rationale: EFI is a new(ish!) firmware interface for computer
systems. Originally developed for Itanium, it's now the new standard
for new amd64 machines and is growing in popularity for i386 too. New
ports like arm64 are also using EFI, so we're spending more and more
development effort on making things work. It's a growing area of work,
so now seems an appropriate time to add a list targeting it.

I've already asked on debian-devel if other people would use the list,
and had quite a number of people respond positively.

Name: debian-efi

Short description: Development list for EFI support in Debian

Long description: Discussions related to EFI in Debian. Those
                        developing EFI-related packages are encouraged
to use this list to discuss issues and design
                        solutions for EFI packaging etc.

I created the list a few minutes ago.
