Dear Maintainer,
Systemd-timesyncd syncs time about once per 60 seconds.
I don't know if this very short interval is a bug or really intented.
Should it not be once in 60 minutes?
If this short interval is indeed intended, how could it be set to a longer
value ?

Is that something that the kernel should be doing automatically? If
so, perhaps reporting a bug against the kernel would be in order?

Either way, this bug is certainly not in systemd itself then, so
closing. Thanks for reporting back!
