Please remove the obsolete arch:all package libboinc-app-dev (version
7.4.22+dfsg-3) from unstable. It has been superseded by an arch:any
package (version 7.4.23+dfsg-2). It's sitting on top of the daily cruft
report for a long time, but that does not tell the fact that it is an
obsolete arch:all package.
