appearance/password_hash setting is not accepted anymore, leading to
the following message:

[appearance,password_hash] that isnt predefined.]
I set this parameter with:
$servers->setValue('appearance','password_hash','ssha');
similarly as in /usr/share/phpldapadmin/config/config.php.example.
