Version: 2:4.140-2
Severity: normal
Hello,
the debian configuration does not work fine with the current package.
It needs some extra settings, so that it successfull starts:
1) run as stunnel user - not nobody
2) correct chroot path /var/run/stunnel4
3) logfile is not set to /var/log/stunnel4/stunnel.log
Here the correct settings:
chroot = /var/run/stunnel4/
setuid = stunnel4
setgid = stunnel4
; PID is created inside chroot jail
pid = /stunnel.pid
; Some debugging stuff useful for troubleshooting
;debug = 7
output = /var/log/stunnel4/stunnel.log
best regards
Torsten Behrens
