Package: zoneminder
Version: 1.25.0-1
Severity: important
Hello there!
I'm not sure whether I am an isolated case or not, but I purged and re-
installed zoneminder and Apache2 (all of the packages!) twice, and I keep
running into the same issue:
If you follow the included README.Debian documentation, you create a link to a
conf file for Apache in the usr/share directory. But it seems like that does
not affect the javascript paths in the functions.php file.
So a lot of buttons in the interface don't work and each attempt to use them
adds an entry in the Apache2 error.log file for file not found. But it looks
into /var/www/javascript instead of /usr/share/javascript.
So this issue seems to be a variation of an old one: #635075.
Seems easy to fix (or I missed something?) but may be trickier to find out if
you're not aware of it...
Good luck with it and thanks for maintaining that package!
