This is the same as Ubuntu bug at,
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/zoneminder/+bug/1176128
Zoneminder will export and create a downloadable zip file, but the folder
structure created is not the same that the created HTML is looking for.
Example: When I click on an event the HTML link is looking for
events/1/7/zmEventImages.html
but the actual location is
events/1/13/09/09/12/41/57/zmEventImages.html
Regarding Debsums errors below.
