Not sure if this is a feature already present and expected to work, but
quassel-client does not autoconnect to the remote core.
quassel-client is designed to run on a moving machine (laptop) and keep
the irc sessions always on. When the laptop disconnecets and reconnects,
quassel-client doesn't auto-connect to the core.

(That URL no longer works, so updated the forwarded setting).
Checking the configuration settings in 0.10.10, there's an
"Automatically reconnect on network failures" checkbox, and you can
specify how often to retry too. The upstream ticket shows it as fixed
in 0.6.0, so I've marked it as fixed in Debian in the first upload after
that, which was 0.6.1-1.
