Package: transmission-cli
Version: 1.90-1
Severity: normal

In past the user default config dir was located at:

~/.config/transmission-cli/

However with version 1.90-1 that location is ignored and a new one is created
at:

~/.config/transmissioncli/

All previous client settings and preferences are lost and replaced with package
defaults, hence causing unexpected behavior and confusion for anyone upgrading.

There is no mention in the changelog or in any documentation i could find of a
change.

Thank you.
