Package: transmission-gtk
Version: 2.03-2
Severity: normal

This package seems to save all of its state in the directory
~/.config/transmission. It should only put configuration files there,
with other state saved somewhere under ~/.local. The current way makes
it hard to share true configuration files among multiple machines.
