hi,
currently libsnmp5-dev is uninstallable because of the missing
dependencies from libsnmp-perl .
Please fix it as soon as possible, because i need it to rebuild
apcuopsd with the new libsnmp5 packages :-)

Due to some incompatible changes, upstream renamed the SNMP library to
libsnmp9. Please use libsnmp9-dev instead of libsnmp5-dev.
