Recommends: mysql-server, snmpd
It should be changed to
Recommends: mysql-server | virtual-mysql-server, snmpd
..as announced by James Page in Misc Developer News #37

Alternatively, if you prefer MariaDB, then the line could say:
Recommends: mariadb-server | virtual-mysql-server, snmpd
Zabbix works excellently with MariaDB.

It has been reported before and it is already fixed in "experimental":

Unfortunately I've made the change too late to include in to
Jessie during freeze.
First version uploaded with this improvement is 2.4.3.
