Thanks for packaging the readthedocs theme!
A package I’m maintaining switched to this theme (so I’m happy to see it
already packaged), but after building it, lintian rightfully complains
about a privacy-breach-generic
(https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/modernizr/2.6.2/modernizr.min.js).
Please, patch sphinx_rtd_theme/layout.html to use the JavaScript
provided by libjs-modernizr instead of making all documentation fetch a
script from the web.
