Dear Maintainer,
liba52-0.7.4 is not multiarch compatible.
In turn this prevents installing the 32-bit gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly package
on 64-bit Debian systems.
So I propose the attached Debian packaging files to make liba52-0.7.4 and
liba52-0.7.4-dev multiarch compatible.
Note that the development package used to contain tools (a52dec and
extract_a52) which is totally incompatible with multiarch. So I moved these to
a separate package, a52-0.7.4-tools, made that package multiarch foreign, and
made the development package depend on it. I also moved the a52dec
conflict/replace to the tools package. Feel free to adjust as appropriate (same
goes for the changelog).
