I would expect eclipse-cdt, but that package doesn't seem to exist.

reportbug wnpp
wnpp is the meta package to file ITP (intent to package), RFP (request
for packaging), RFS (request for sponsoring) and O (orphaned) against.
But there is already two (?) ITP bugs for CDT. No need to file another one.

Well, I'm still not happy with the package but lets share it. I will
upload to the archive today.
I close this bug as it has nothing to do with eclipse itself and we have
ITP bugs [1].
