According to Bug #606940, (reported by you!), the r-cran-vr is
obsolete because it was splitted in several other smaller packages.
This package changed r-cran-vr in the Depends line to r-cran-mass, but
the Build-Depends still has the obsolete package r-cran-vr.
Trivial patch follows, I hope it is correct:
